So the diet has gone out the window after holds.. I let myself go and enjoy myself after working hard on weightloss… however. Now we are back.. do we have one last cheat meal? Or wait til Monday 😂… do you crave healthy food after being away on holiday. Or do you carry it on til Monday 😂
