Man accused of shooting and killing his own sister. The woman had evicted her brother prior to the shooting, family members say. According to officials, Pedro Pablo Linares fled the scene and was arrested in Louisiana. Linares was extradited to Miami-Dade last month on a first-degree murder charge.
