Harrowing security footage and 911 call released by police shows a man armed with a knife violently attacking an employee during a robbery at a store in Glendale, Arizona, in early October, as the worker pleads for help after the attack.
Police said the suspect, identified as 52-year-old Gilbert Lara, “took money from the registers and assaulted/injured an employee.”
Lara was arrested and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault and armed robbery.
